EXECUTIVE SEARCH + LEADERSHIP

An operator for healthcare’s hard intersections.

Founder/P&L ownership, multi-site care, strategic accounts, payer-provider economics, and data-led execution—connected in one healthcare operating profile.

THE CONNECTED MANDATE

Connect the institutional thesis to the operating record

  1. Choose the opportunity

Read market and policy signals through economics and capacity.

  2. Assign decision rights

Make field ownership, review, and executive escalation explicit.

  3. Build the cadence

Connect priorities, dependencies, source definitions, and review rhythms.

  4. Test the proof

Distinguish achieved outcomes, pipeline, modeled value, and dated analysis.

  5. Reallocate deliberately

Expand the work the institution can deliver and support with evidence.

Conceptual operating sequence synthesized from the mandate on this page. It does not represent measured throughput or guaranteed outcomes.

THE EXECUTIVE MANDATE

The mandate is to make the whole system executable.

My operating range connects founder-level P&L ownership, network growth, strategic accounts, payer-provider economics, claims intelligence, home-based care, and governed AI delivery. The common responsibility is translating ambiguity across functions into decisions a team can execute and measure.

Choose the opportunity the institution can actually deliver

Interpret market, policy, utilization, and technology signals through service-line economics and operating capacity. Set priorities across commercial growth, patient access, workforce, data, product, partnerships, and capital rather than optimizing each function independently.

Give the operating model clear decision rights

Make ownership explicit across finance, clinical leadership, operations, compliance, product, sales, and implementation. Define which decisions belong in the field, which need cross-functional review, and which require executive escalation.

Connect the boardroom to the operating cadence

Translate the strategy into population and account priorities, payer pathways, implementation dependencies, capacity plans, source definitions, and review rhythms. The system must expose where the promise is failing and who has authority to correct it.

Separate the thesis from the proof

Use employer outcomes to establish the operating record, strategy builds to show design judgment, and dated analysis to explain market interpretation. Keep annualized revenue, pipeline, modeled leakage, and estimated lifetime value distinct. Expansion depends on evidence, not the elegance of the narrative.

THE OPERATING QUESTIONS

Start with the decision that needs an owner.

  1. Which business outcome will the role own?
  2. What authority, resources, and operating dependencies come with it?
  3. How will leadership judge progress in the first six months?
